At Fivem Dealership, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
